Customer Care Officer B2B

As Customer Care Officer B2B you support both the internal and external sales representatives, with a strong focus on aftersales and administration.

You ensure that both internal and external customers are optimally assisted. You efficiently address complaints and issues, turning them into sustainable customer relationships and improved processes.

In addition, you oversee smooth and accurate order processing and actively contribute to good collaboration between the various departments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience

Experience

Experience in B2B customer service is a plus
